Someone told me a while ago that if you have a plan B, you’re not dedicated enough to plan A.
I’m not here to debate the practicality of that idea, but if you’re spending time catching up, you’re definitely not spending enough time on the things you should be doing.
This should be a big boon to being more productive and efficient with the hours when you work. Know that you will never be able to make up the content you’re not creating. You can’t. The opportunity is lost.
Making up ground today leads to falling behind tomorrow and the cycle simply repeats ad infinitum.
