The wonder of the internet. The way it sucks in your focus and makes time disappear. It captures your focus as a medium of information, only to splatter your attention on a thousand things with each scroll of the mouse (or thumb.)
The flood of information that overruns my mind’s ability to set the discoveries I make into my long term memory leaves me often wondering what I just spent all that time reading about or watching.
If only Google were a trickle, not a firehose, how different would the world be?
