That’s right. Don’t be sheepish and only accept responsibility. You know, that responsibility that gets dumped on your head.
You have to feed your kids, or take care of your mom when she gets sick, or work that late night for the high-pressure client that’s paying you a ton of cash.
Most of us step up when we’re forced, but what would happen if we sought out responsibility and went where others don’t want to go?
How many more opportunities would arise in our life if we seized responsibility?
