Taking the sting out of failure

This is the best way to take the sting out of failure. You did the task and now the result will play itself out, but your job is finished. You did the task.

The second best way to take the sting out of failure is to learn from the failure.

You don’t fail, you learn. You take that information and keep working and experimenting. You fail some more and you learn some more.

Own your failures, be proud of your failures, laugh about your failures. Trying to hide them makes you look weak and prevents you from learning from them.

As the saying goes, “Success has a thousand parents, but failure has none.”

Be a parent to some failure.
